Sample Lease for Public Housing

This document will provide you the basic information covered in our leases. This page is only a sample and your actual lease may contain other provisions as deemed necessary for your situation.

Child Care Document

The Child Care Document is used at the time of Annual Recertification, or an interim adjustment to a resident's rent. This form helps us verify the amount of Child Support coming into the household.

Community Service Resources

This document lists of places the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo approves residents to fulfill their community service requirements.

Grievance Procedures

This document is the grievance procedures of the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo which are in compliance with the regulations of HUD.

Community Service Time Sheet

Residents of Public Housing are required to perform eight hours of community service each month. This document must be used to report those community service hours to the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo.

Resident Handbook

This handbook, in addition to the lease, outlines rules and regulations set by the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo. The schedule of Sales and Services are included in this document.

This document is used to file complaints with the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo. The form must be filled out completely and mailed to:

This program is administered by the Posada which is a community based nonprofit organization that provides shelter, services and housing to homeless familes and single individuals in Pueblo County, CO. The Moving Up program is a part of the Posada's Outreach Program for young adults/youth who are 25 years old or under.
