Welcome to the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo (HACP) job site. The HACP is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. The Housing Authority employs full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees to fill positions as needed. Those include entry-level clerical, maintenance, yard crew, administrative, technical, and managerial positions. HACP maintains a healthy environment for both our employees and tenants by providing smoke-free facilities.

The HACP follows statues and regulations as defined by U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, HUD Section 3 guidelines, and other federal and state agencies to provide employment opportunities. Director of Operations

The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo has an opening for the position of Director of Operations, This is a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000-$75,00 (based on experience). This position will formulate policies and procedure recommendation to deal with matter or issues that arise on a recurring basis, responds to miscellaneous correspondence from federal, state and local jurisdictions, congressmen and other concerned persons or groups, monitors the day to day activities of various department supervisors and property manages and makes policy, administrative and management decisions concerning problems in the daily operation of the authority, and other duties as described in the posting.

Assistant Property Manager

The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo has an opening for the position of Assistant Property Manager. This is a full-time position with an hourly salary of @$20.709. This position is responsible for but not limited to, in absence of Property Manager completing Property manager duties, assist as needed to train Housing Management Technicians, review resident files, manage resident lease compliance including resident complaints, lease violations, housekeeping, yard maintenance and criminal activity, and document resident files on complaints and disturbances, including all contact between resident.
