Welcome to the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo’s (HACP) job site.  The HACP is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.  The Housing Authority employs full-time, part-time and seasonal employees to fill positions as needed.  These include clerical, maintenance, yard crew, administrative, technical and managerial positions. 


The HACP follows statues and regulations as defined by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, HUD Section 3 guidelines and other federal and state agencies to provide employment opportunities.

Draftsman/Construction Manager

The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo has an opening for the position of Draftsman/Construction Manager. This is a full-time position with a yearly salary of $52,000. Please review the attached job description and qualifications
