Job Application

Welcome to the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo’s (HACP) job site.  The HACP is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.  The HACP employs full-time, part-time and seasonal employees to fill positions as needed.  These include clerical, maintenance, yard crew, administrative, technical and managerial positions. 

The HACP follows statues and regulations as defined by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, HUD Section 3 guidelines and other federal and state agencies to provide employment opportunities.

Vacancies are advertised through various media sources which may include the Pueblo Chieftain, the Colorado Workforce Center and Indeed. 

Application Process

To apply for a position:  Applicant must meet the minimum requirements of the position before completing an application. An application may include a resume and cover letter, but the HACP employment application must be completed. Please take time to review your entire application and verify that you have thoroughly filled in all the blanks before submitting. This is a full-time non-exempt (hourly) position with a starting rate of $23.00 per hour.

This is a full-time non-exempt (hourly) position with a starting rate of $17.70 per hour in addition to our full-time benefit package with over 30 days of paid time off accrued in the first year of employment, affordable health insurance with contributions towards your health savings account from the agency and more!
