 The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo publishes solicitation of bids for projects below. To obtain all pertinent project information and instructions you must contact our Procurement/Risk Officer, Cheri Wilkerson, by phone at 719-586-8977, by e-mail at cheri.wilkerson@hapueblo.org, via TTY 1-800-659-2656. In addition, you may obtain a hard copy or a disk from our office on Victoria. To insure you have the correct information for a project, you must include the bid number, requestor’s name, company name and address, phone number and e-mail address. Incomplete information will delay you from receiving the project information needed to submit a bid. Please pay particular attention to closing dates listed on the projects as no proposals will be accepted after that date and time. The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo, Colorado reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bid specifications. RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS:

All Bids must be in the possession of HACP no later than Thursday, May 25, 2023 @ 11:00 a.m. (Mountain Time).  All original signed quote documents will be accepted in person, or dropped in the drop box at our office located at 201 S. Victoria Ave. Pueblo, CO.  Quote documents can also be sent via U.S. Postal Service or other express mail services.  All quotes received by the date and time of receipt specified will be opened.  Any quotes received after the said date and time will be rejected.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE:

A pre-bid conference and Contractor walk-thru will be conducted @10:00 a.m. (Mountain Time) Thursday, May 18, 2023, starting at the Owner’s chosen location of 2104 N. Ogden Street, Pueblo, Colorado.  All bidders are encouraged to attend.

Plans and specifications will be available by contacting the Planning & Development Department.
