Submitting Requests for Service
In order for the The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo to maintain a safe, decent and affordable dwelling unit for our residents, we request that tenants notify us so that HACP can make repairs to their unit. Repair for normal wear and tear will be without charge. Residents will be billed for the cost of repairs when damage results from carelessness or negligence by the family or guests of the home.
Routine repairs should be requested as soon as they are discovered. Failure to do so may cause more damage and/or more costly repair bills. If HACP incurs additional costs from the resident’s negligence to requested repairs, the costs will be billed back to the resident.
