The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo publishes solicitation of bids for projects below. To obtain all pertinent project information and instructions you must contact our Director of Procurement/Contract Compliance, Jessica Valdez, by phone at 719-586-8977 by e-mail at jessica.valdez@hapueblo.org via TTY 1-800-659-2656. In addition, you may obtain a hard copy or a disk from our office on Victoria. To insure you have the correct information for a project, you must include the bid number, requestor’s name, company name and address, phone number and e-mail address. Incomplete information will delay you from receiving the project information needed to submit a bid. Please pay particular attention to closing dates listed on the projects as no proposals will be accepted after that date and time. The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo, Colorado reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bid specifications.
